Terms and Conditions

General

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Soul Clothing is a New Zealand Owned Business.


Shipping

Free shipping in New Zealand with any purchase over $150. For purchases under $150 shipping is $7, Rural delivery is $10.

Please be aware that if you return your item a flat rate of $7 will be deducted to cover the initial courier cost. You are responsible for the payment of courier fees for any exchanges or returns.

Please allow 2-3 Business days for delivery from when the order was received. Rural delivery can take up to 5 Business days depending on your area.

If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your order please make direct contact with the courier company. We are happy to help further if you contact us and provide the query number provided by the courier company.

We do ship internationally however you are responsible to pay for any taxes or duties on delivery into your country.

Australia $30.
Everywhere else in the World $80.

Availability

Please note that we are also a physical store. This means that there is the potential for someone to be purchasing an item in our store at the same time you are purchasing online. If this does occur we will give preference to the sale that occurred over the counter as we cannot chase someone down the street! If the unlikely event of this happening we will contact you straight away and organise a refund (or exchange for another item if you wish).

Returns & Exchanges 

Full priced items can be returned for a refund minus any shipping costs, but please email immediately.

Items that cannot be returned for a refund or exchange are underwear, sunglasses, jewellery, headwear & SALE ITEMS

RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS FROM YOU RECEIVING THE GOODS. RETURNS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT: UNWORN & ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

How to return or exchange your purchase…

SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.  If you are unsure about sizing or fit please contact us to discuss

Online purchases:

  • Click & Collect comes under the same returns policy as online purchases
  • Before returning an item PLEASE contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at shop@soulclothing.co.nz, or phoning us on 0212844338 explaining what you are returning.
  • If you are wanting to exchange a full priced item we suggest ordering the size you want from our online shop and then returning the incorrect size for a refund.  Please note the item you are returning still needs to get back to us within the time frame under our T & Cs
  • Please have your return back to us within 14 working days of you receiving it. 
  • Please send your package via Track & Trace methods only. Please enclose all relevant information.

Please note: Soul Clothing is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are wanting to exchange, the cost of the postage for the new garment is at your expense. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return. You are responsible for the tracking of the prepaid bag that you supply us for your exchange. We are more than happy to help with size selection and fitting over the phone to try to get it correct first time.

THE SAME APPLIES FOR A PRE-PAID BAG THAT YOU INCLUDE FOR AN EXCHANGE. * Update... COVID19 we understand everything is taking longer than usual all we ask is you communicate.  We are here! Just get in contact with us when you receive your delivery.

In-store purchases:

If you change your mind about a full priced purchase you can return your item for store credit.  Sale items can not be returned


Faulty items:

In the unfortunate circumstance of an item, you purchase is faulty, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. If the fault is minor and can be fixed, we can choose to repair the item. If the fault cannot be repaired we will replace the item for you, subject to availability. If no replacement is available we will happily issue you a refund.

Pre-Order

Items purchased under pre-order are items that we do not yet have in store and will be sent to you once we receive them.

Please note if you order an in-stock item in the same purchase as your pre-order they will be shipped together.

We are not responsible for any items that we cannot supply to you due to us being short shipped by the supplier.

We are not responsible for the delay in delivery to us for items that you have pre-ordered.
Should either of the above two things happen, we will contact you straight away to issue you a refund, or advise of the late arrival.

Online Only

Item’s on our website that display “Online Only” are items that are not available in our physical store. If you live locally you can choose the store pick up option at the checkout on our website. Please note that the same terms and conditions apply as with any other purchase.

Refunds

If you are returning item/s for a refund this will be processed the same way you paid for it.  This is provided the goods are returned to us under the conditions described in our returns section.

Once received back at Soul Clothing please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Credit card refunds can take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

If you purchased via our account to account method on our website, please include your bank account details with your return.

If you purchased using Laybuy we notify Laybuy directly of the amount you are to be refunded. You will then be issued your refund from Laybuy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices are in New Zealand currency, NZD$

We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA) Payment Express. Payment Express automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Direct bank deposits are also an option for payment. Please make sure all personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly so we can send your things as quickly as possible!

General… The price of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Soul Clothing website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product description or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Soul Clothing Privacy statement… We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your information private and we do not record any credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails, simply email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject area, and we will remove you from the list. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993.

Spend and Save Soul Rewards

At Soul Clothing we would like to reward our loyal and regular customers with a tiered rewards programme. This rewards system can be used both online and in-store. Please note the terms of this system outlined below:

  • Points are accumulated at 1 point per $1 spent
  • Points are not accrued from sale items
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount
  • Once you have redeemed a reward this cannot be reversed
  • Points from online purchases will not show in your account until your order has been fulfilled
  • Rewards and points are non-transferable
  • Rewards expire within 1 year of redeeming.

What data does the Facebook pixel collect?

The Facebook pixel receives these types of data:

Http Headers – Anything present in HTTP headers.

HTTP Headers are a standard web protocol sent between any browser request and any server on the internet.

HTTP Headers include IP addresses, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer and person using the website.

Pixel-specific Data – Includes Pixel ID and the Facebook Cookie.

Button Click Data – Includes any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks.
