Shipping & Delivery

Nation wide flat rate $5.  Rural $10

Please be aware that if you return your item for a refund a flat rate of $5 will be deducted for delivery charge, you are also resonsible for payment of courier fees or any exchanges.

Please allow 2-3 Business days for delivery from when order was received.  Rural can take up to 5 Business days deping on your area.

We do ship internationally however you are responsible at your end for any taxes or duties depending on what country you are having sent to.

Availability

When the shop is very busy a product that you have selected to buy may be listed as being in-stock, however, because we are also a physical store, there is the possibility that a shopper instore may be purchasing the same item at the same time. If this does happen we will fully refund you of your purchase.

Returns

Sale items… Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items. Please email us if you have questions before you buy.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE GOODS. RETURNS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT: CLEAN, UNWORN & TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

How to return or exchange your purchase…

1) Before returning an item PLEASE email us at: shopsoulwanaka@gmail.com or phone 03 443 2334 explaining what you are returning and why.

2) Please send your return back to us within 5 days of receiving it.  

3) Please send your package via Track n Trace methods only. Please enclose all relevant information.

 Please note: Soul Clothing is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are wanting to exchange, the courier for the new garment is at your expense. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return. We are more than happy to help with size selection and fitting over the phone to try to get it correct first time.

UNTIL AN ITEM IS RECEIVED AT SOUL CLOTHING, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, LOST PACKAGES = TEARS, SO PLEASE TRACK N TRACE!

Refunds... If you are returning the item/s for refund this will be processed the same way you paid for it.  This is provided the goods are returned in a satisfactory standard and within 5 days.. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND THE COURIER FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THIS AMOUNT.  

Once received back at Soul Clothing please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Credit Card Refunds can take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.  

Warranty… If a product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If we can not a Store Credit will be issued or you can be refunded. We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean. All products MUST be returned with receipt and original tags attached. Please send back items with a track n trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Placing an order and making purchases… Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase. Please let us know if it’s a gift and we can make it look pretty. Gift Vouchers are also available. As soon as we have received full payment, the item will be couriered to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Our courier service are ‘Fastway Couriers’.

Payment… We will happily take phone orders or Credit Card details over the phone if preferable for you, please phone: 03 443 2334 We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA) Payment Express.  Payment Express automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Direct bank deposits are also an option for payment. Please make sure all personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly so we can send your things as quickly as possible!

General… The price of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Soul Clothing website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Soul Clothing Privacy statement… We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your information private and we do not record any credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails, simply email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject area, and we will remove you from the list. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993.
