1) Before returning an item PLEASE email us at: email@example.com or phone 03 443 2334 explaining what you are returning and why.
2) Please send your return back to us within 5 days of receiving it.
3) ;Please send your package via Track n Trace methods only. Please enclose all relevant information.
Please note: Soul Clothing is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are wanting to exchange, the courier for the new garment is at your expense. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return. We are more than happy to help with size selection and fitting over the phone to try to get it correct first time.
